This report has been prepared in accordance with the voluntary reporting standard for non-listed small and medium-sized enterprises (VSME), published by EFRAG in 2025, applying both the Basic Module and the comprehensive Comprehensive Module. The reporting period covers the full calendar year 2025.

Beyond the VSME framework, the sustainability information contained in this report is also aligned with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 are reported in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.

All sustainability information and related disclosures have been externally verified by an independent auditor under a limited assurance engagement. This makes our report one of the first VSME sustainability reports to undergo independent external review — a milestone that positions RELINE as a pioneer in forward-looking sustainability reporting. It reflects our commitment to actively supporting international sustainability initiatives, raising the bar for our industry, and contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive economy.
